Agenda SATURDAY, October 25th, 2008 We'll start off the weekend by joining up for a tour of Star Trek: The Exhibition, located at the San Diego Air and Space Museum. As we take in the sights and sounds of Star Trek across its entire 40+ year run, we'll have a chance to enjoy the company of our fellow 'FLEETers, and there'll be plenty of opportunities for pictures and stories. Later that evening, we'll be meeting up China Camp Resteraunt, where we'll share a banquet meal served family-style, and our Regional Coordinator will deliver the State of the Region report, as well as some announcements, give out the regional awards, and some other surprises that'll be revealed later. SUNDAY, October 26th, 2008 This is a free day, since the conference business will be concluded on Saturday. Members of the Los Angeles-based chapter USS Angeles will be doing their monthly voyage to Disneyland Park in Anahiem, CA; and members of the conference are invited to come spend the day exploring Disney "Trek-Style". Some may choose to visit the attractions in the area around San Diego, or choose to explore the city with no agenda in mind. Anything goes! |
