It's that time again, Region 4 is now accepting nominations for the 2006  Region Awards for the period from January 2006  to December  2006.

All Awards must include Submitter's name, SCC # and Chapter name. The following information must be included with the nominee: Name, SCC # (if known), Chapter and a narrative as to why the nominee should be chosen. Narrative should be no more than 750 words. (this is per STARFLEET rules)

And a few rules

• Nominee should be a current Region 4 and STARFLEET member.
• Submitter should be a current Region 4 and STARFLEET member.
• Submitter can not nominate themselves, but can nominate their chapter.

For 2006 Awards, Nominees need to be submitted by April  1, 2007.
